The request form (MyGUI Small Business)

When you request a call through the form on the Small Business page, we store what you enter: your name, work email, company details, and what you tell us about how work runs today, plus anything you add in the optional section. We also record where on the site your visit started, the referring page if your browser shares one, and campaign parameters (UTM tags) if you arrived through a link that carried them.

We use this information for one purpose: reviewing your request and contacting you about it. You are only added if you tick the consent box, and it is never pre-ticked. We do not sell this information or share it with advertisers.

The Elytra waitlist

When you join the Elytra waitlist, we store your work email and company, and any optional details you choose to add (your role, company website, company size, and what you would like Elytra to help you understand). We use this for one purpose: sending you Elytra product updates and early-access information. You are only added if you tick the consent box, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

The Signal briefing

If you subscribed to MyGUI Signal, we store your email address and any optional details you chose to share (name, company, role, industry, company size, and topic preferences). A subscription only becomes active after you confirm it from your inbox, and every edition carries a one-click unsubscribe link and a link to change your preferences. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately. We use this information for one purpose: sending you the briefing you asked for.

Measuring the website

We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to count page views and measure how quickly pages load. Both are cookieless. They record the page visited, the referring site, and coarse device and country information. They do not set a cookie, do not follow you across other websites, and are not used for advertising.

Education and external videos

Education exercises run in your browser. We do not collect your answers or send them to an AI service. Videos connect to YouTube only when you choose to load a player. We use its privacy-enhanced embed, but YouTube may still process device information and use storage under its own policies. You can unload a player or open the original resource on its creator's site.

What we do not do

MyGUI does not run advertising trackers and does not use your information for anything beyond responding to what you asked for. Request and waitlist records live in our database with access restricted to the MyGUI team. The Elytra demo runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing anywhere.

Removing your information

If you want your request or waitlist entry removed, or want to know what we hold about you, tell us through the request form or reply to any email we send you, and we will take care of it.
